Drop forged carbon steel secateurs with a soft spring and simple lock at the base of the handle. An excellent introduction to Japanese secateurs for all around garden pruning. Carbon steel holds its edge well with care. Regular use of Crean Mate to remove rust and sap and application of camellia for storage is recommended. Sharpen with the 1000 grit sharpening stone.
